Ciel Bleu Restaurant
Are you looking for an unforgettable culinary experience? Ciel Bleu has two extraordinary private dining options. At the Chef’s Table, you are overlooking the heart of the kitchen Arjan Speelman. While the chefs prepare the dishes in the utmost concentration, you will not miss out on the breathtaking view or the excellent service that Ciel Bleu has to offer. The Chef’s Table can be reserved for four to ten people. For larger groups, Ciel Bleu offers the Starlight. This space allows private dining for 11 to 18 guests while enjoying a spectacular view over the city of Amsterdam.
Yamazato Restaurant
Yamazato Restaurant offers an authentic, Japanese experience outside of Japan. Chef Masanori Tomikawa focuses on the purity of traditional Japanese ingredients, according to the classic kaiseki structure. Yamazato has several rooms available for private dining. For instance, enjoy an intimate dinner in our traditional Tatami Room. You will dine in typical Japanese style and are placed at a tatami mat. We extended this room with backrest and the possibility to stretch your legs for extra comfort. In addition to the Tatami room we have more private dining options in Yamazato.
Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka
Our teppan chefs are happy to welcome you in Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka. Groups of 12 to 18 guests can go to Sazanka for private dining, with its own Teppan chef. The chefs prepare fresh fish, meat and vegetarian dishes right before your eyes. On request, it is even possible to have lunch with larger groups at Sazanka.

Serre can be privately booked for an exclusive event or occasion.
