In the ‘Experience’, ‘Guestronomy’ and ‘Caviar’ tasting menus, chef Arjan Speelman present diners with a succession of precise, whimsical plates showcasing the likes of oysters from Brittany, North Sea sole with salsify, lovage and ras el hanout, and Japanese wagyu. Everything at Ciel Bleu is of unparalleled class. We chose the caviar experience this time. Every course was a flavor delight. Everything is balanced with each other. Really top notch. The team is also great. What a service. Nothing escapes them. That’s really great class, I’m already looking forward to last time. It’s always a pleasure with Noël Vanwittenbergh.
