Ciel Bleu Restaurant offers two extensive menus. The Experience menu and the Guestronomy menu. Those menus consist of a selection of culinary creations with fresh seasonal products, complemented by only the best wines.

Onno and Arjan have proven to be an excellent duo. Despite the fact that they differ in character, they complement each other well. Chef de Cuisine Arjan is creative and focuses on combining flavours. The approach of Executive Chef & Manager Onno is more practical: his focus is with the visual aspect, the preparations of the service and the way of serving. You can imagine that the contrast in these men’s results in the most creative dishes.
