Covid-19 measures

The health and well-being of our guests and colleagues is always our top priority. We follow the measures that the RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment) and Dutch government have announced for the Netherlands. We kindly ask you for your assistance to comply with the measures as announced by the government. Please note that the measures are also applicable for guests who are vaccinated.

Below you can find the measures we have taken and for which we ask your understanding and support. This overview is updated regularly.

General measures

  • Wearing a face mask in our public areas is mandated by the Dutch government. The following areas in the hotel are acknowledged as a public area: hotel lobby, parking garage, guest room corridors, elevators and public restrooms. Kindly note that not wearing a face mask in these areas can result in a fine imposed by the government of € 95 per person.
  • Keep 1.5 meters distance (this is not necessary if you can prove that you belong to the same household).
  • Stay at home if you have (mild) cold-like symptoms.
  • In case you are starting to get cold-like symptoms during your stay, please inform us.
  • Please follow the instructions of our team.
  • We have increased the frequency of daily cleaning at the public areas and touch points in the hotel even further.
  • Cashless payments are preferred.
  • We do not shake hands. Instead, we will welcome you the Japanese way: with a respectful bow.
  • If you are currently outside the Netherlands and do wish to travel to the Netherlands, please visit the website of the government for the checklist.
