Okura presents artisanal pastry in Pop-up Pastry

Pop-up Pastry, located on the terrace of Serre, on the ground floor of Hotel Okura Amsterdam, is open until September 3, 2023

Amsterdam, July 19, 2023 – Starting today, the artisanal pastry from Hotel Okura Amsterdam is available at the Pop-up Pastry. In the pop-up store, accessible through the terrace of Serre on the ground floor, the five-star hotel presents edible works of art. The pastry is meticulously and passionately crafted by an expert team of pastry chefs led by Executive Pastry Chef Iiro Heinila. Pop-up Pastry showcases the craftsmanship and expertise of the talented pastry chefs. Food enthusiasts need to act quickly, as the pop-up is only open for 7 weeks until September 3.

Visitors are invited to embark on a delightful journey through the world of culinary creations with a Japanese touch. From carefully crafted Japanese fruit sando sandwiches to delicious macarons with flavors like matcha-pistachio, chocolate-sesame, and sobacha-vanilla. Luxurious pastries and enchanting chocolates are also represented in the pop-up store. The delightful assortment of treats is sure to charm and fascinate all who visit, be it hotel guests or visitors from the surrounding area.

Until September 3, Pop-up Pastry is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10 am to 6 pm. The pop-up store is located on the ground floor of the hotel with entry through the terrace of Serre restaurant.
