• Gift cards can be redeemed at Hotel Okura Amsterdam, in restaurants & bars and Nagomi Spa.
• Okura Shop end Barbershop are excluded for redemption.
• Gift cards can be combined with other forms of payment.
• Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Any remaining balance on the gift card after redemption can be used for future purchases.
• Hotel Okura Amsterdam is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
• In case of loss or theft, we advise reporting this as soon as possible. If the card has not yet been used, we will freeze the remaining balance and can issue a new gift card. An administration fee of €20 applies. Please note: replacement is only possible after verification, and Hotel Okura Amsterdam cannot be held liable for any unauthorised use prior to the report.
• Conditions of use may be modified at any time in the sole discretion of Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
• The gift card does not have an expiry date.
