Pool Supervision
There is no continuous supervision in the swimming pool area.
Age Restrictions for Spa Use
Guests under the age of 18 may not use the Nagomi Spa Treatment facilities.
Pregnancy Massage Policy
For health reasons, massages are not available during the first three months of pregnancy.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations to allow us to prepare accordingly. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, we will charge you for the cost of the treatment.
