  • How many guests can stay in one suite?

    Each room accommodates up to two guests. Additionally, our Junior Suites and Suites offer the option to add an extra bed, allowing a third guest to stay comfortably.

  • Is Hotel Okura Amsterdam family-friendly?

    Children below 12 are not charged for their stay. If you book a family stay, you will have the pleasure of staying in one of our adjoining rooms, allowing for privacy and comfort. 

  • Can I have a king or twin bed during my stay?

    We will do our utmost to accommodate your preferences; however, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific bed type.

  • What kind of adapter is used in the Netherlands?

    All our rooms are equipped with sockets compatible with English, Swiss, French, and Dutch plugs (type C and F). For travelers from the United States, we recommend bringing an adapter. If you need an adapter during your stay, please feel free to contact Reception – we’re happy to assist you.

  • Is there a coffee machine in the suite?

    All of our suites are equipped with a Nespresso machine.

  • Do all suites have a Japanese toilet?

    Not all of our rooms are equipped with a Japanese toilet. This feature is available exclusively in our Panorama Rooms and Luxury Suites.

  • Do all suites have air conditioning?

    All our hotel suites are equipped with air conditioning.

    Every suite is equipped with an iron and ironing board, conveniently located in the wardrobe.

  • Which TV channels are available in my hotel room?
