Two-Michelin-Starred Gastronomy on an Unprecedented Scale

We proudly announce an unprecedented expansion of our event offerings: Ciel Bleu Events. Starting in September, the two-Michelin-starred Ciel Bleu Restaurant will offer the exclusive opportunity to experience its refined gastronomy on a scale previously unimaginable, with events for groups of 120 to as many as 400 guests in the versatile Grand Ballroom.

This unique step, led by SVH Master Chef and Executive Chef, Arjan Speelman, marks a new era in the events industry. It is a bold move to translate the complexity and perfection of two-Michelin-starred kitchen of Ciel Bleu Restaurant to a large-scale setting, a challenge no other fine-dining restaurant at this level has previously undertaken.

Ciel Bleu Events offers the exclusive opportunity to enjoy a masterfully composed 5-course menu, complemented by signature bites, fully prepared and served according to Ciel Bleu Restaurant's standards. The starting menu price is €195 per person. This carefully curated experience guarantees Ciel Bleu's characteristic 'refined flavours', combined with unparalleled service rooted in Omotenashi – Japanese hospitality from the heart.
