Brouwerij Homeland and Hotel Okura Amsterdam join forces once again to launch the Okura NEIPA. This special beer is a unique co-creation between head brewer Wietse Postma of Brouwerij Homeland and chef Arjan Speelman of the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ciel Bleu.
The Okura NEIPA is an explosion of tropical fruit, with refined aromas of kumquat and passion berry that pair beautifully with the juicy hoppiness of a classic New England IPA. The result? A super fruity and highly drinkable NEIPA with a surprising character – and a personal favourite of chef Arjan Speelman himself.
This collaboration reflects a shared passion for innovation and flavour. While Homeland is known for its creative and bold brewing style, Okura’s culinary expertise adds a refined dimension to this exceptional creation.
The Okura NEIPA will be available exclusively from 7 March 2025 at Hotel Okura Amsterdam (including on the Serre terrace and in the bars) and via the Brouwerij Homeland webshop.
