Under the expert guidance of Honorary Gastronomy Sommelier Noël Vanwittenbergh from Ciel Bleu Restaurant, this exclusive experience invites you to discover how sparkling wines evolve across different regions, shaped by tradition, craftsmanship, and terroir. In this edition, we delve into the fascinating world of sparkling wine styles, production methods, and regional expressions.


Please note: The tasting takes place every three weeks on Wednesdays in the Lobby Bar from 19:30 PM to 21:30 PM, at a price of €145 per person. With a maximum of 12 guests per session, this intimate setting offers a personalised and interactive experience.
