Hotel guests as well as locals find their way to this international champagne and cocktail bar on the 23rd floor of Hotel Okura Amsterdam. Not only for a nice evening out, but also to savour tasty aperitifs before taking a seat at one of Okura's restaurants. Or how about a concluding after-dinner cocktail?
You are more than welcome to come and enjoy a drink even when you are not staying at Hotel Okura Amsterdam.
Drinks and bites
The bartenders offer a glimpse into the world that’s at their feet with the broad selection of cocktails. The spectacular view over Amsterdam at 78 meter height inspires them to turn the stories and particular feeling you get when wondering through the streets of the vibrant city into cocktails. International guests will find themselves getting to know the city by tasting the menu, while those growing up in Amsterdam will find cocktails bringing back childhood memories. Using home-made syrups and purées of adjoining restaurant Ciel Bleu – recognised with two Michelin stars – give the cocktails a unique flavour.
You can also savour one of the wines and champagnes that are selected by sommelier Noël Vanwittenbergh and bar manager Marc Wüst. Accompanying delicacies, such as oysters and the 'Open Macaroon' with goose liver and mango, are prepared in the adjoining Ciel Bleu Restaurant which has been awarded two Michelin stars. Our menu gives you an impression of the drinks and bites that are served in this cocktail bar.
The Twenty Third Bar is open Sunday to Thursday from 6.00 pm to 1.00 am and Friday and Saturday from 6.00 pm to 2.00 am. A reservation is not needed.
We kindly ask you to take our dress code, ‘smart casual’, into account (no shorts above the knee (men), no flip-flops, and no caps or hats).
