- The Festive Experience offer is valid for bookings made directly with Hotel Okura Amsterdam and is subject to availability.
- The Festive Experience offer applies for stays from 1st December till 5th of January.
- A full prepayment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
- The Festive Experience can be cancelled up to 48-hours before arrival
- Rates are per room, per night, and include VAT. City tax applies and will be charged additionally.
- The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, packages, or discounts.
- The dining credit is per stay and can be redeemed at all restaurants, including room service. The credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out time is 12:00. For "Sleigh all the Way" and "Merry & Bright", late check-out is inclusive and is until 13:00.
