Overseen by an experienced and dedicated team, our meeting and event facilities are wonderfully varied. From company-wide presentations, galas and product launches, to board meetings and intimate private dinners, Hotel Okura Amsterdam is able to provide a solution for any occasion.

The majority of event rooms are filled with natural light and state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, all complemented by high quality catering, private parking, a separate event entrance and a heavy-weight elevator for unique or large items such as cars. Conferences

Hotel Okura Amsterdam offers everything you need to make your meeting or conference a success. Our dedicated team of experts is here to support you at any time. With our eye for detail we strive to exceed every expectation. We house 20 function rooms that are suitable for your meetings and corporate events.

Welcome your guests in style at one of the four foyers that Hotel Okura Amsterdam has at its disposal and astonish them by our quality cuisine. If desired, we offer the possibilities to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner during your event. In addition, we can serve luxury appetizers and finger food to complete your event. Meetings

A total of 20 meeting rooms and four foyers allow get-togethers from 2 up to 2,500 persons. Multiple meeting rooms are flexible and can be divided into smaller rooms or combined to increase the surface. The rooms can be fully furnished to your wishes, whether you want a carre setup or a theatre setting. Our cooking studio, Wine Room and wellness facilities are perfect for various team building activities. Okura’s own jetty allows boat services to be arranged to add the finishing touch to your event. Request your proposal.

Product presentations

Are you organising a product launch or presentation? Our professional planners will be happy to assist you if you do not yet have a clear picture of your event. Our heavy weight lift facilitates easy load-in and load-out of materials, even cars belong to the possible options, making it possible to show your soon to be launched car inside the hotel’s conference area. Overnight stay after your event

At Hotel Okura Amsterdam we can host your group for an overnight stay after your event. As of 5 rooms your party is considered a group. You can choose to either book the rooms yourself for your entire group, or we can create a code which your guests can use themselves to book their overnight stay at a special price. To keep it as easy and efficient as we can, you will have the same contact person for your event as for the room bookings.

Save your guests the hassle of travelling home after your event and offer them the option to sink into Okura’s crispy bed for a good night’s rest. We will create a personal proposal for you with a special rate. Reach out via groups@okura.nl
