Welcome to our meeting facilities. Only 15 minutes away from Schiphol International Airport and within walking distance of RAI Convention Centre, the hotel is conveniently accessible by public transport and car and offers private parking facilities for cars and buses. We have a suitable function room for every occasion. In Hotel Okura Amsterdam you will find a total of 2,700 m2 (29,000 sq.ft.) of meeting space all on one floor. We can accommodate up to 2,500 guests at the same time. Our function rooms can be fully furnished and used according to your wishes. Welcome your guests in style at one of the four foyers that Hotel Okura Amsterdam has at its disposal and astonish them by our quality cuisine. If desired, we offer the possibilities to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner during your event. In addition, we can serve luxury appetizers and finger food to complete your event. A total of 20 meeting rooms and four foyers allow get-togethers from 2 up to 2,500 persons. Multiple meeting rooms are flexible and can be divided into smaller rooms or combined to increase the surface. Our cooking studio, Wine Room and wellness facilities are perfect for various team building activities. Okura’s own jetty allows boat services to be arranged to add the finishing touch to your event. Request your proposal.
Are you organising a product launch or presentation? Our professional planners will be happy to assist you if you do not yet have a clear picture of your event. Our heavy weight lift facilitates easy load-in and load-out of materials, even cars belong to the possible options, making it possible to show your soon to be launched car inside the hotel’s conference area.
