Twenty Third Bar. The best cocktail and champagne bar in the Netherlands

The Twenty Third Bar is situated on the 23rd floor of Hotel Okura Amsterdam. Influential media have voted this bar the Best Cocktail Bar in the Netherlands and the bar with the best champagne list. Sommelier Noël Vanwittenbergh and Bar Manager Marc Wüst have put together a choice selection of cocktails, wines and champagnes to be savoured in this stylish trendy interior with a panoramic view. Several of the champagnes can be ordered by the glass. Accompanying delicacies, such as Pata Negra and oysters, are prepared in the adjoining Ciel Bleu Restaurant which has been awarded two Michelin stars.
