Yamazato Restaurant

Yamazato Restaurant serves the traditional Japanese kaiseki cuisine. The kitchen distinguishes itself by focusing on the purity of seasonal, traditional Japanese ingredients. The style is minimalistic and all dishes are in balance, from taste and texture to the appearance and colours of the dishes.

Kaiseki does not lend itself to gigantic displays, instead utmost care is given to the smallest details. The dishes, chinaware and kimonos of the waitresses are all immersed with symbolism following the changes of the season. The restaurant breathes a classical serene atmosphere and gives you the instant feeling of being in Japan.
