Rijksmuseum: Highlights of Italian drawing at the Rijksmuseum

Back to overview

Until 23 November 2020

Works by great Italian masters such as Raphael, Michelangelo, Carracci, Barocci, Canaletto, Tiepolo and Piranesi are now being exhibited at the Rijksmuseum in a display of drawings from the museum’s Print Room collection. The most exceptional drawing is perhaps one by Raphael that dates from 1519-20. In 2020 it will be 500 years since the death of this master of the Italian Renaissance.
