A night full of Japanese excellence in an exclusive atmosphere
From February 17th an exclusive Omakase dining experience is hosted by Michelin star Chef Masanori Tomikawa. He strives to make your evening an unforgettable one by using his excellence, expertise and attention for detail.
The word ‘Omakase’ can be literally translated to ‘I’ll leave it up to you’ and refers to the celebration of the chef’s artistry and skill. It is also because of this background that the choice and design of servings are dynamic; they are orchestrated by the Chef himself.
The dinner is filled with authentic Japanese flavours that meet the most skilled techniques from our Chef Masanori Tomikawa. This night will be as memorable and energetic as imaginable.
The Omakase nights are hosted on selected Fridays and Saturdays at 6:30 pm, where 8 guests exclusively have the opportunity to experience the intimate ambience and tasteful creations at Yamazato. Because the dishes are served to the entire counter at once, it is valued for all guests to be present by 6:30 pm the latest.

The dinner is €230 per person (excluding drinks), with a prepayment of €100 per guest. Wine and sake arrangement will be available.
Cancellations are free of charge until 7 days in advance of your reserved date.
