What is the difference between Sazanka and Yamazato Restaurant?

Although both Japanese, these two restaurants offer two very different experiences. In Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka the chef will cooking at your table on a hot griddle. You will be seated at larger tables which you share with other guests, resulting in a vibrant atmosphere. In Yamazato Restaurant, on the other hand, the authentic and delicate Japanese Kaiseki cuisine is served in a traditional and more intimate setting.
