Attending a meeting no longer means you have to physically be present in the same room as the other participants. Combine your onsite experience with a virtual one. Hotel Okura Amsterdam and our partner ACS Audiovisual Solutions offer their full support to achieve just that; an easy-to-use setup that ensures high quality audio and video is available onsite as well as online. This way, you can increase your audience reach and provide your participants the opportunity to network with people regardless of where they are joining. The real challenge lies in combination that engages both onsite and online participants in an equal matter. We have everything you need to engage with your participants, wherever they are.
Solution for any occasion
We offer three different standardised solutions, each developed for a specific purpose and setup. From a solution that facilitates sessions with a larger onsite audience to a boardroom setup. One of these setups can also be used for live stream purposes, to seamlessly broadcast live video to your virtual participants.

Overnight stay after your event
At Hotel Okura Amsterdam we can host your group for an overnight stay after your event. As of 5 rooms your party is considered a group. You can choose to either book the rooms yourself for your entire group, or we can create a code which your guests can use themselves to book their overnight stay at a special price. To keep it as easy and efficient as we can, you will have the same contact person for your event as for the room bookings.
Save your guests the hassle of travelling home after your event and offer them the option to sink into Okura’s crispy bed for a good night’s rest. We will create a personal proposal for you with a special rate. Reach out via groups@okura.nl
