Japanese HR Coordinator
The HR department of Hotel Okura Amsterdam is looking for a fulltime and hands on Japanese HR coordinator. The HR department consists of 6 professionals: the Director of Human Resources, two Assistant Directors of HR, a Trainings Manager, a HR & Salary Administrator and a Japanese HR Coordinator. We are looking for a second Japanese HR coordinator.
The HR team is responsible for all the HR related activities for all 380 employees and they are the HR Business Partner for Department Heads and MT members. Working within HR means working in a very dynamic working environment and of course we do appreciate a bit of fun every day as well!
In the position of Japanese HR coordinator you report to the Director of Human Resources, and you work closely together with your colleague Japanese HR Coordinator and the rest of the HR department. In this position you are the HR business partner for the managers of the Japanese kitchens and a contact person for the Japanese staff. Your daily tasks and responsibilities include:
