Chef Staff Restaurant
In our staff restaurant you will be responsible to make an incredible lunch and dinner with the enthusiastic team of the main kitchen. At this location you will be working all-round. Here you can express your total culinary creativity, we even expect this from you. From an Asian noodle soup until a delicious Indian curry or a beautiful steak, you know how to surprise our daily guests!
During lunch and dinner you keep an eye on your guests. You advise the employees and charge them the different dishes. After lunch and dinner you and your team make sure the restaurant is cleaned up and you start with the mise en place for the next day. You are responsible for the daily progress of the restaurant and the enforcement of the HACCP rules. Depending on the personnel planning it is also possible you get to0 work in the main kitchen of the hotel.
