Taste of Teppanyaki – Cooking workshop
The chefs of Teppanyaki Restaurant Sazanka like Chef de Cuisine Masashi Nonaka, let you in on the secrets of the teppan; the Japanese griddle. The teppanyaki chefs reveal how you can make a teppanyaki meal at home, even without a griddle or teppan plate. The dinner comprises four courses, which you will enjoy afterwards in the dining area. The cooking workshop will last 3,5 hours in total and all recipes will be provided for you to take home.
