Masterclass Wagyu beef
At Hotel Okura Amsterdam we serve Japanese, Australian, New Zealand and American Wagyu in many forms, with dishes designed to highlight this unique ingredient.
Join us for this special Masterclass where you will learn all about Wagyu, the different origins, grades and cuts, how to prepare it and what ingredients to pair it with.
Taste of Okura’s Chef de Cuisine Louise O’Hare will guide you through the theory and a practical demonstration, after which you will prepare your own Wagyu beef in the style of Okura’s restaurants. Finally, together with your fellow cooks, you will enjoy the different dishes you have prepared at Taste of Okura’s dining tables.
