Serre Restaurant. Get acquainted with the essence of Ciel Bleu’s cuisine.

Serre Restaurant is Okura’s latest culinary expansion. Let chef Marc van der Tang and his team surprise you with a selection of Ciel Bleu’s signature dishes from the past years, presented in a new form. The menu contains classic as well as innovative dishes, making for a truly international culinary offering. The combination with the modern design makes you feel immediately at ease when entering Serre Restaurant. Serre Restaurant is opened daily from 10 am until 10 pm.

Schuitema walking tour

The Lobby Bar is completely styled with furniture of the Dutch design label Schuitema. Designer Frits Schuitema was inspired by the architecture of the Amsterdamse School, a style of architecture that arose in the Netherlands from 1910 through 1930. A special walking-tour gives you the opportunity to observe these inspirational features. You are guided along several characteristical buildings that clearly show the features of the Amsterdamse School-style. The tour is including a cup of coffee or tea at the Lobby Bar*. Before or after the tour, a delicious three-course lunch or dinner will be served in the Serre Restaurant. The price of the Schuitema-package is €35,- per person.
