The contents of this very special bottle have not been cold filtered and the alcohol content is 49% vol. Only 853 individually numbered bottles were produced from the three best remaining vats. This exclusive drink offers a combination of extremely succulent, somewhat sweet orange flavours and rich sweet accents of sherry with freshly-baked gingerbread. Workshop ‘Recognizing and implementing food trends’ donated by Anneke Ammerlaan

Trend researcher & food watcher Anneke Ammerlaan excels at distinguishing lasting trends from hypes and meaningful initiatives from hot air. In this workshop she will teach the participants how to recognize and interpret consumers’ culinary and commercial attitudes. The question is which global social and political developments are the drivers behind people’s behaviour. The aim is to recognize and utilize strategic insights into trends. The techniques taught offer participants several practical starting points for translating trends into concrete action, in the form of concepts, products or communication. Product- and concept-based thinking is enhanced by means of innovation sessions, where the participants are given an opportunity to put their theoretical knowledge into practice by means of specific tasks. This 5- to 6-hour workshop will be tailored to the needs of the highest bidder. All requirements and questions will be discussed beforehand and incorporated into the workshop.

 

 

 

Chopard table clock

 

This gorgeous table clock is part of the L.U.C. Collection. Its design was based on that of a wristwatch and is extra flat. In fact, it features the flattest automatic clockwork in existence. L.U.C. are the initials of Louise Ulysse Chopard, who founded Chopard in 1860. The L.U.C. Collection consists of watches made in Chopard’s own workshop.

Schuitema Furniture has donated this gorgeous arm chair. The ‘Charles’ in Art Deco style features a maroon finish and a high backrest. The material used is bubinga, better known as rosewood, inlaid with ebony and finished with aluminium details. The leather upholstery with Mackintosh stitching is made from semi-aniline leather in a warm shade of beige. Needless to say, this arm chair is extremely relaxing to sit in.

“I don’t believe in minimalism. There are no rules when it comes to mixing styles and colours. A house should give you a happy and warm feeling. With this in mind I create my art and my products,” says Mariska Meijers. The two donated screen prints ‘Mr. Smith’s Blossom’ and ‘Blossom in Lavender’ were produced in a limited edition of 50 and include a white-washed wooden frame.
