Taste of Okura

Soon you will have the opportunity to prepare the Okura's chefs' dishes yourself in this new cooking studio, while the sommeliers explain how to pair wine and sake with your culinary creations.

‘Taste of Okura' will open in December. At this culinary center, the Okura's chefs will show you how to prepare their dishes and the sommeliers will explain how to pair wine and sake with the food. ‘Taste of Okura' is equipped with the latest high-tech Miele equipment. In addition to a kitchen, the culinary center also has a Wine Room, a shop and a trendy lounge, where you can enjoy the food you have prepared yourself. To celebrate the opening, the first 100 cooking aficionados to sign up for a workshop will receive an original Taste of Okura kitchen apron.
