Full day includes 3 breaks, half day rate 2 breaks.

Allow one of our renowned bartenders to create a cocktail in your company colours to be served after your meeting. For a supplement charge you may add a selection of butler passed hors d'oeuvres.

The plenary room in your choice of set up.

Audio visual equipment

Beamer & screen in the meeting room (the Grand Ballroom & Heian l/ll Room require customized audio-visual, at additional cost).

Amenities

Notepads, pens and Okura mints on the meeting table.

Dedicated event desk for duration of the conference/event on the conference floor.
