Gala arrangement

When organising an elegant gala or a celebratory product launch it’s important to receive your guests in style. Our Party Package enables you to do just that.

The gala arrangement includes:

• red carpet welcome
• cocktail served in the foyer with an open bar featuring Dutch beverages, Japanese nuts, savoury crackers and vegetable crudite
• luxury buffet diner or four-course dinner in the Grand Ballroom or Heian meeting room with iced water, house wine served table side and a selection of Dutch beverages
• freshly brewed coffee, tea and petit fours after dinner
• a stage and/or dance floor in the room
• tables laid with silver cutlery, elegant crockery, silver candlesticks, menus and a flower arrangement
• manned cloakroom
• cream coloured seat covers

The following optional extras may be ordered additionally:

Japanese or Western buffet with sushi bar and teppanyaki tables with live cooking show by an Japanese chef

grand dessert buffet

aperitif with a selection of international drinks

digestif with coffee
