Front Office Trainee

Hotel Okura Amsterdam is looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Trainee to join our team in September!

As Front Office Trainee you support the entire Front Office team, consisting of 40 colleagues. You are trained in all different aspects of the Front Office and represent the hotel. You advise our guests with regards to tourism in Amsterdam, room facilities, facilities of the hotel and many other things. By following several cross-trainings you will gain knowledge of reception work in the five star segment and you will learn more about the Japanese culture and wishes of international guests.

• Welcoming guests
•  Checking guests in and out
•  Escorting guests to their rooms
•  Informing guests
•  Handling payments

• You are motivated and flexible
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written) and preferably speak German, French and Spanish
• Knowledge of the property management system Opera is an advantage, not a requirement
