Our Food and Beverage departments in a nutshell:
- Ciel Bleu Restaurant
The French Cuisine, in one’s own way, awarded with 2 Michelin stars.
- Serre Restaurant
Open for lunch and diner, and is awarded by Michelin with a Bib Gourmand; a guaranty for an excellent price-quality ratio. The Serre Kitchen is inspired by Ciel Bleu’s and the service is facile, but at a high level.
- Yamazato Restaurant
Traditional Japanese Restaurant, awarded with one Michelin star. The kitchen distincts itself by the very costly cooking style: Kaiseki Ryōri.
- Sazanka Restaurant
In teppanyaki restaurant Sazanka the chef’s prepare all dishes at the Teppan Griddle, at which our guests take place. High quality products and service in an unique surrounding are characteristic for this restaurant.

Le Camelia & Roomservice:
Almost all our hotel guests use our international breakfast buffet in Le Camelia. Besides breakfast this team also provides roomservice to all our 301 hotel rooms, all in all a very challenging and dynamic department.
Bars:
The international Business Travelers, our hotel- and restaurant guests, and guests from outside of the hotel, they all know where to find our bars. The Lobby bar situated at ground level in our lobby, and on the top floor of the hotel you can find our International Cocktail- en Champagne Bar Twenty Third.
Stewarding:
All departments mentioned above cannot function without the Stewarding department. Every day, a team of over 25 employees ensures that all F&B departments are provided with all needed materials. Furthermore the Stewarding department takes care of the dishes and cleaning of all (nine!) kitchens in the hotel, according to very strict HACCP-regulations. In this department you are part of the supervisor team.
In the function of Allround F&B Trainee you work in several operational Food & Beverage departments in our hotel. The next departments could be part of you internship:

Depending on your interest and experience a mix of combinations can be made.
