Front Office

The Front Office comprises 40+ staff members, including Guest Relations, Executive Lounge Officers, Concierge, Baggagists, Doormen and Operators.We welcome our guests, provide assistance with luggage and familiarise our guests with the hotel and their room.

Japanese Hotel RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a Japanese speaking receptionist who will specifically be attending the needs of our Japanese guests that represents a substancial percentage of our business. Assist the guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all reception related functions. Maintain standards and procedures with regards to service and hospitality. Ensure to expedite the check in and check out process, through the use of the hotel system and updating all the registration information accordingly.

Demands

• Workexperience as hotel receptionist and/or education Hotel Management.
• Natural service minded person.
• Flexible and a teamplayer.
• Knowledge on Opera is preferred.
• You will have a few years experience in the Front Office and have experience in working with Japanese guests. It is also preferable that you are familiar with the Japanese culture and habits.
• A valid work permit for the Netherlands is required.
