Waiter/Waitress Yamazato Restaurant

We are looking for waiters and waitresses for our traditional Japanese restaurant Yamazato. Our Yamazato restaurant is awarded with a Michelin star and ranks amongst the top Japanese restaurants in Europe.

tasks and responsibilities

Serving Japanese dishes during breakfast, lunch and dinners to our mainly Japanese guests
Looking after mise en place, providing information about Japanese dishes, method of preparation, the
Japanese tradition and customs

profile

You have relevant work experience
You have a job-related education
You are flexible and have a guest minded attitude
Preferably you have a few years experience in a Japanese Restaurant, have sufficient knowledge of Japanese dishes and menu's. In addition, knowledge of the Japanese culture and customs is mandatory for this position
The ability to speak Japanese is preferred
A valid workpermit for The Netherlands is required
